I've recently started jogging again, and thanks to my nike+ipod kit it's actually enjoyable.

While running you can get status updates on distance, speed, time and calories burned by pressing the center button on the ipod. And when you hit a especially hard part of the route or you just really need a boost, you hold the center button for a short while and then it starts playing your predefined powersong to help you through the rough spots.

Joost the friend edition was released a few days ago. And along with it a slew of new content and channels.

Being the nut I am I've actually added *all* available channels to the My channel list. And at present the total channelcount is 108. Out of those channels I'd say 20-30 of them are exclusively focused on music and musicvideos.

Along with the new content and updated version of the client, they've also given us as betatesters the possibility of inviting as many people as we want.
