Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2008! I am now writing this on the very last evening of my x-mas/new-years vacation.

Thanks to my wonderful boss, I was able to work up a few extra days off through overtime before x-mas and left for x-mas december 21st last year and start back at work again on monday the 7th of january this year.

X-mas was as usual spent in Aalesund with the parental units and the rest of the family. Good food, gifts and family bonding for a week.

Which again meant that I kinda needed to get away a bit aswell, so New Years was spent in The Netherlands with my dear friend Remco. On the night itself we attended Extrema NYEve in Eindhoven. Pretty good party overall, but Michel de Hey made the evening unforgettable with the best set I've ever heard him play at midnight.

Too bad the rest of the djs had no way of keeping up with the quality. So towards the end of the evening the musical quality was dropping. But all in all, awesome New Years Celebration.

I think I'll have to try it again next year, but perhaps at a different party.
